Bill Einreinhofer is a three-time Emmy Award winner. He got his start as a production assistant and has since developed and produced non-fiction programming for ABC, CBS, Discovery, HBO and PBS. His most recent documentary, Shanghai 1937: Where World Ward II Began, was seen on 200+ American Public TV stations. Since 2013, he has served as Chair of the Broadcast Journalism department at the New York Film Academy. Born and raised in Rutherford, his father was Mayor for ten years. His mother was a member of the Rutherford High School Class of 1934. After stepping down from his role on Rutherford’s Civil Rights Commission, he now lives in the same Mountain Way house he grew up in.
